Overview:
Chad Fitzgaffery is an Attendant General of Skeans County, Ameniah, and an Agent working directly under the King Spirit Mahm. As an Agent of Mahm, Chad's objective in politics is to curb Anti-Jugenoir rhetoric wherever he sees fit, and to maintain the relationship between Amenians and Dualics. Chad is one of the longest-serving Agent of Mahm currently still operating, being the only Agent to have maintained office after Belrock's ascension to power. As Belrock purged all the other Agents out of office, Chad's keen intellect and cunning were the key to enabling him to stay, and this in addition to his general knowledge over the situation make him one of the key figures in Mahm's fight against Belrock.
Personality:
Legend has it, that God created beer to stop Chad from taking over the world.
Chad is described as being an incredibly brilliant man, but one whose intelligence is mostly obscured on a day-to-day basis due to being drunk all the time. However, despite this, Chad's mind usually outshines most of those around him. He comes across as somewhat low-energy, apathetic, and casual, but behind this thinly veiled demeanor is a man who does take his job seriously, and, more importantly, has a very important eye for information. One of Chad's greatest strengths is his attention to detail--he is very good at discerning what is important information and what is something to not care about, and when it comes to what's important, Chad never forgets what he hears. Chad's memory is good enough that he can recollect and write down pages of information he's heard over a given amount of time despite the fact that he may not necessarily have a photographic memory, all while under the influence of alcohol. Chad perhaps is not a natural leader and isn't very interested at being a politician at heart, but if that's true, also doesn't really care about what he does with his time, either. However, under Mahm's leadership, it is clear that Chad respects Mahm for giving him a compass to follow and that she puts him to use.

History:
Before Belrock's rise to power, Mahm would attempt to manipulate people to do her bidding; Instead of directly command people or politicians, she would appear to them as a voice in their head or a religious figure (Particularly God, from the Amenian Orthodox Church,) and attempt to persuade them without actually showing up to them. This was to maintain secrecy in her operations and so that she would never need to rely on human loyalty. However, Chad, even when at his most mentally impaired, was never tricked into thinking that something (technically) supernatural was going on, and eventually figured out that it was Mahm all along all on his own. Chad listened to Mahm anyway because he had nothing better to do, but called her out on it. Chad, as well as Mahm noted that the then-soldier Robespierre was the only other person to figure out that they were being spoken to by Mahm. However, it seemed unlikely that Robespierre, being a very religious man, could truly figure out that it wasn't God he was communing with. A quirk that both Chad and Mahm noted as likely being Belrock's responsibility.
After the Belrock war and after Mahm lost control over Ameniah, she began to directly meet with people instead of being distant in hopes of strengthening the effectiveness of her Agents, making it easier to regain and maintain control over Ameniah at the price of mutual loyalty. Chad was then adopted directly into this new program.
During his time away from Mahm, Chad had to adopt a laissez faire-styled approach towards Governing in order to maintain his position as Attendant General, and was forced to adopt anti-Dualic policies in order to appease public opinion. He had migrated to Skeans County prior in order to help his chances to stay afloat; Skeans is a part of Ameniah that is located almost directly opposite of Adaline and Bavalaur, the two Counties where Belrock operated the most--and where Dualic activity is significantly more prevalent. The most notable thing Chad did to survive, however, was to commit to shady deals in order to dissuade anyone from challenging his position. However, while Chad may have seemed to do nothing to further Mahm's cause, Chad had maintained his high rank in the Government in order to help him collect information; most importantly, Chad's deals had helped him gain the realization that Belrock's influence was beginning to extend much further than from just politics. Chad has not returned to Adaline, where Mahm usually operates, for over a decade. But in the interest of collecting information on Enforidus, who also is in Adaline, Chad has decided to break his streak under the guise of a friendly meeting and go there, meeting up with Mahm along the way. Chad wants to meet with him under the suspicion that Enforidus's wealth comes over Belrock's less-than-indirect influence over the economy.
Abilities, Powers, and Techniques:
Transformation: Chad's Transformation is a Type 2 Transformation where, in combat, he wears a body armor in the form of a curiass, pauldrons, and tassets, with a plaid kilt underneath. Chad's personal weapon is a warhammer, however, Chad's Transformation provides him with the unique ability to produce puppet-soldiers for him to attack with. These puppets take on a voodoo doll-like appearance and wear similar-looking kilts. They can wield an assortment of weapons from axes to rapiers, have physical prowess comparable to the strongest of men, and are even capable of firing energy blasts. Chad can create and control an infinite amount of these puppets--1, 10, 1,000,000, it doesn't matter--but the drawback of these puppets is that should one of them become hurt, Chad will automatically sustain a similar injury. Therefore, everything the puppets endure anywhere from scrapes, bruises, to getting stabbed or shot, or even the wear of their feet standing for too long against the ground will all accumulate back to Chad. He can only desummon a puppet if he gets into close enough contact with it or if he deactivates his Transformation. Should he do the latter, all puppets will before forced to despawn.
Soul-Gene:
It is unknown how proficient Chad is in using Soul-Gene, but he can likely use it to predict opponent's actions in addition to gauging the strength of his opponents.
Other:
Other than his Transformation, equipment, and Soul-Gene, Chad has no direct advantages over a regular human. However, he is a strong man with a lot of endurance, likely as an indirect result to being proficient with his powers, and can take pain and exhaustion relatively well. And he also is, despite being an alcoholic, well above average in terms of physical fitness.
