Appearance

Scarlet is a very pale, ragged young adult of average height. She has short blue hair that is completely unkempt and unfashionable. Her face is somewhat clean and has unamused, soulless, azure eyes, but she smells as bad as she looks. (She relies more on rain to keep her clean as opposed to bathing). Scarlet usually wears a hooded fur coat that is royal blue in color (or white?), but it is ragged, old, torn, and filthy. On each shoulder, she has two pauldrons strapped to leather sashes that go across her torso like a boy scout’s (And cross each other in an “X”). The straps end at her waist by supporting two leather faulds (One leather fauld on the left side and a scabbard on the left side?). At her lower half, Scarlet wears a tattered, full-length skirt that is badly ripped at the bottom; it is white, but she may also keep a second blue ripped skirt on top of it akin to the picture. Despite her fur coat, Scarlet only wears straw, flip-flop-like sandals, and no gloves (Are her the forearm halves of her fur coat’s sleeves completely ripped to ribbons? To the point where her forearms are exposed and the ribbon-like fabric hangs from her elbows uselessly?).

Personality

Scarlet just wants the following things: Food, water, warm clothes for the winter, booze to pass the time, and a dagger to protect herself—the bare minimums to keep oneself alive, and nothing else. Even if she was handed the throne to be queen of the world, she wouldn’t want it. Why should she want it, she shall ask. Even if you gave her an answer, she would only ask why she would want the answer you gave her—If you told her being the queen of the world would let her do anything, she would ask you what does she gain from that. You may answer that question, but she would just ask again, why does she want your next answer? Scarlet knows that we only need things because we want them, but Scarlet isn’t interested in anything even if she could achieve it. Because she doesn’t want anything, she doesn’t need anything, so it’s nearly impossible to negotiate with her. She spends most of her time just… passing the time. When she’s not drinking as a pastime, she’s quietly observing the world, watching people in their trivial matters.

Scarlet doesn’t care about other people in the slightest. When she observes people, she will not heed their interests. She will not stop to consider whether her actions are considerate or not. She will not consider whether what she is doing is illegal or not. Because of this, Scarlet is usually in trouble with the law, but you would never think she was a fugitive because she herself never devoted the brain space to tell the difference between such insignificant details. When it’s Society VS Scarlet, however, Scarlet wins. Hundreds of policemen have died trying to bring Scarlet to justice. This usually starts with Scarlet taking a bottle of mead from a store without paying for it. A cop comes, fails to get Scarlet to care about theft, gets violent, then gets hurt in battle (Keep in mind that assaulting a police officer is a serious crime). Scarlet then gets into deeper and deeper in trouble with the law until the entire city is after her. Scarlet may have killed hundreds of people, but she never assaults, only defends herself: Hundreds of people die because they try to get Scarlet to bend, but Scarlet never bends. Entire cities would vanish before that would happen. Nobody would get harmed if they just let Scarlet be Scarlet. With police aside, she’s too insubstantial in nature for any serious crime to happen, either.

She isn’t interested about the feelings of other people, so as a result Scarlet never tells a lie. She will not sugarcoat her words just for your comfort. Even if you were able to collaborate with Scarlet, she may still double cross you because she isn’t interested on how you’re going to feel or what you’re going to do if she does. Scarlet is very upfront about herself, and most people that collaborate with her can figure out that she’s not going to be cooperative, thus they usually let her off easily.

About the only way to really move her is the thought of doing a good deed. Scarlet is not entirely unkind when she feels like it, but you better be ready when she loses interest.

Background

Scarlet was conceived in Niag to an insignificant mother and father, however, the same could be not be said for siblings; Azazel was Scarlet’s brother and born many years before she was. He was a demon child, one with a peculiar power: Whenever Azazel demanded things, the people he asked would be forced to listen and carry out his wishes, even if were so against their will. Azazel was cruel with his power as much as he was innocent; He was spoiled to the core, but never seemed as though he was aware of his gift. He had people to the little things until their fingers rotted off their bodies. Azazel loved to fight and forced his “friends” and neighbors to take up arms against him. He would fight them with the caliber and strength of a child, yet he would always win these fights. He would continue to fight an individual during hundreds of occasions until they would finally die from an excess of small wounds. One of these unwilling combatants was Scarlet’s mother. Azazel killed her in one of his many “playfights” by running her through with a sword. Scarlet was still in her mother’s womb at the time, only about five months pregnant. Although it was not destiny for Scarlet to die that day, she still has the scars to prove it—A large scar above her navel but below her chest.

Scarlet’s father did not take care of her; he was alive for years after her interrupted conception but was unaware that Scarlet had survived, although he did not last long. Eventually, Scarlet killed Azazel out of vengeance for the fallen, immune to Azazel’s power of authority. However, Scarlet found the victory to be hollow. This is when she first really began to feel like that she didn’t care for people. It didn’t feel heroic, it felt… pointless. She didn’t feel the gratitude of the fallen. They were dead and gone, what was the point of keeping them in mind? The one thing she took from the encounter was Azazel’s armor and dagger.

Scarlet goes from town to town, observing the people and collecting booze (especially mead) to drink. Despite being nomadic and preferring to be alone, she is frequently contacted by people who want to use her abilities.

Combat

Despite the fact that Scarlet is not usually interested in fighting people outside of self-defense, she is a being of substantial power due to the fact that she possesses a 1st generational Trollskap; this means her powers are of the same nature as people such as Deondavra, Ckronos, and most importantly Nautilus (And Yhwach and Kaguya from Bleach and Naruto if we speak outside of Timelord.odt). Scarlet is nowhere near as strong as these characters, but it can be said that if she really tried to become powerful, she could reach such levels. Scarlet is, alongside Nautilus, the only mortal humans with 1st gen Trollskaps currently planned for Timelord.odt (Although it’s possible Elahmah may have been too). Furthermore, Azazel’s power is most likely a cultural version of Nautilus’s 1st generational Trollskap.

Scarlet uses Acid-based powers, with seven independent abilities—One for each basic Strong Acid. Furthermore, her dagger is a weapon of prestige, and all work against anyone (Hybolian, mortal, spirit, other) readily and indifferently.

Caesic Blade:

~Knife as main weapon. “Caesic Blade”

Anything that touches the blade, and even if it’s not sharp edge, begins to burn. Not through fire, but as if it were being dissolved through Acid. Only other metals are unaffected; flesh, wood, cloth, etc are all destroyed, by the instance of touch. It is very large for a knife but much too short to be called a sword, and has no proper hilt. It’s name is derived from “Caesium” or “Cesium” the most chemically active metal on the periodic table.

Seven Deadly Acids:

Sulfuric Bone

By touching any type of water-based fluid, Sulfuric Bone can instantly turn the liquid into a powerful acid that can dissolve flesh like it were cool-aid power. The size of the body of water is irrelevant—it all turns into acid instantly. Scarlet will usually use this power by inserting her hand in a victim’s mouth. This lets her turn the victim’s salvia and blood into acid, which melts the victim’s flesh from the inside out.

Hydrobromic Blast

Hydrobromic Blast is simply the ability to call upon large volumes of clear, water-like acid like a Pokemon would call upon large volumes of water through Hydro Pump or Surf.

Hydroiodic Krugar

Hydroiodic Krugar causes any victim around Scarlet to suffer illusions as though they were “tripping on acid.” Scarlet controls the illusions, but they come with a twist: If the victim believes that the illusions are real, then any corresponding injuries they receive from the illusion will be real. For example, if Duke believes an illusion of Mary cut him in half, then Duke will be cut in half, but Mary’s sword would just phase through him if he had faith Mary was fake.

Nitric Suture

Nitric Suture is a defensive ability that allows Scarlet to turn the surface of her skin to turn into acid, which causes any object to hit her to dissolve into fluid and thereby protecting her from injury. Scarlet can also use Nitric Suture to melt skin together, which she uses to close wounds she has sustained. Scarlet cannot move when her skin has turned into acid or else her skin will become burned by itself.

Hydrochloric Ash

Hydrochloric Ash is the ability to freely produce a special powder that, when it comes into contact with any Acid, explodes violently. Scarlet can use this power in combination with Hydrobromic Blast to produce explosions at will, such as through the palm of her hand. However, Scarlet is better known to slip this powder into a victim’s food or drink; after a few minutes the powder will come into contact with the strong acids of the stomach, causing a very gory explosion. This more importantly creates a living time bomb; I imagine Scarlet slipping the powder into a dog’s food, who then goes to the owner, explodes, and kills them both.

Chloric Ruin (Ashes of Ruin)

Scarlet will only use Chloric Ruin in serious battles and rarely immediately. Chloric Ruin causes black snow to rain down on the battlefield, and anything that touches the snow becomes infected by it for as long as the ability remains in effect; Anything infected by Chloric Ruin becomes significantly weakened physically—Steel beams lose much of their ability to hold up object and/or floors, walls become unable to support their own weight and collapse, etc. This effect extends to living objects as well, which causes opponents to move much more slowly and strike with much less force. Much like objects being unable to support themselves, the larger the opponent, the more greatly Chloric Ruin will affect them. To Scarlet’s victims, however, it won’t appear they’ve gotten a lot slower at first, and instead Chloric Ruin will make it seem as though Scarlet is moving much faster and striking much harder. It is only when they fire a projectile that the difference will become obvious. This ability effectively lets her bring faster and/or physically stronger enemies down to her level.
