Description:
Pain, known later as The Red Amulet, was an extremely powerful warrior and Middle-Age Hybolian that fought with the Ilun to liberate the Demiline (mortal humans) from the control of the Primeval Hybolians. During his time, Pain was, not unlike Frenzy and Fate, one of the greatest adversaries to Zeus while he still commanded legal ownship of Niag. Pain was therefore one of the greatest forces that would eventually allow Niag to become a free domain.

Pain is a man of naturally slender build, however ruggedly refined through a lifetime of harsh battles. He possesses eyes that appear to permanently glow an intense red; in many ways, they do not resemble the eyes of a man. They are, perhaps, the eyes of a wild animal hiding within a human's visage. Pain's eyes compel all who see him into believing that he could no less be of an otherworldly, diving being, that chose to descend upon mankind. Because Pain is always serious, his eyes would still reflect intense relentlessness even if they did not possess such qualities. He possesses short and spiky hair, shaven on the sides, and a wide stripe of celtic knots tattooed down his forehead and onto his upper nose. Pain also possesses these celtic knots on the back of his neck, which continue down and span out over his inner shoulders.
The wolf cloak Pain is almost always seen wearing is a pelt made from the skinned corpse of Surfrir Charloris; It is the ultimate Trophy of the first Zeus-allied Hybolian that Pain ever eliminated. As a Canisatyr, the resulting cloak is effectively made from an anthropomorphic wolf larger than Pain's body.
