Appearance:

Jure originally looked like the Grim Reaper, but, towards the end of Timelord.odt and towards mythic, Jure is a man with Blonde hair, with a feminine hairstyle; He does have a French braid/ponytail, but enough left over to form a “Head Wreath” for the hair in the front. I.e. His hair is braided like

This, but the rest of it is braided like

This.

His eyes are deep blue and he has a loosely shaven beard. He also typically wears a sun hat.

Other than this he typically wears a Viking-like tunic, with a distinct v-collar; it is brown and has a silver-blue trim. He wears a black skirt underneath, which reaches only to his ankles, cleanly revealing black boots.

Background:

Jure is the son of Ckronos and is the only true son of Ckronos; Zeus was adopted. It’s worth noting that Old Niag, at the time when Zeus, Jure, and Ckronos all lived under the same home, it was a simple house with a white picketed fence at front(Themed to be like the “Ideal” suburban 1950’s). No one had powers at the time. Jure and Zeus were just kids. However, ever since Zeus came into the family, Jure felt like Ckronos loved him more. This was hardly unaccounted for, as intellectually Zeus was an unquestionable prodigy; Zeus was responsible for the discovery of the actual Niag(to which causes Old Niag to be “Old”). He was a scientist. He was a genius, and he was known for being a good guy too (Which is implied by Astatos Zeus’s egotistical rhetoric. He self-proclaims himself as a hero) Although Zeus laid the foundation, Ckronos made it happen. Where do you think Jure fits into this scenario? Jure eventually found himself allied himself with Hades, Ckronos’s current enemy. Although if Ckronos and Hades were mortal enemies at this time of alliance is questionable, the point remains it is due to them drifting apart.

In Timelord.odt. Death appears to Take Zeus, as an Astatos. Under Hades, it is Death’s job to take Astatos and have them purified. Hades gave him a partial copy of his own Trollskap—The left hand flame, Pyros Mortis. He did this without giving Pyros Vitae, and this imbalance is which is what is responsible for the wasting away of Death’s flesh. He appears during the final arc and is the lynchpin to how Zeus survives for as long as he does. Yes, it’s Death’s job, but it’s essentially Athame’s job first. It’s her realm, it’s her loss if she loses it, though it’s Hades’s loss if an Astatos becomes a Hybolian. Athame as a character just doesn’t care, she doesn’t mind losing her world, all she wants is to enjoy herself. Either way, at this point it’s time for Death to step in and resolve the issue. He asks “Where isssss ssshee? Where is Paul?!” quietly stating that he is female hidden under an echoing voice.

Death eventually finds Zeus, but doesn’t kill him. He doesn’t do his job. He knows that Ckronos loves him and to be fair, he doesn’t have a reason to hate him as a person, especially in this warped state. He doesn’t kill him not because Zeus means much to Ckronos, and Ckronos’s love is all that he wanted. Presenting Zeus(or what remains of him) to Ckronos would be his best bet for forgiveness for what he could see as an inevitable betrayal. Hades eventually learns of this and comes to deal with Death’s betrayal (Pick a side; Hades or Ckronos.) While Athame finally deals with Zeus like she was supposed to, Hades and Death fight. Hades manages to revoke the powers he gave him, revising his appearance, but before he can kill him Ckronos appears saves him.

later, Jure Apologizes for his actions and if he can ever forgive him, but Ckronos doesn’t accept any of that—He gives Jure a big, tearful bear hug, and reminds him that he loves him. This happens with Erica in the room.

Powers:

Jure’s primary weapon is a single-handed Warhammer. Something like Mijornir. It has the ability to summon a (somewhat small) scythe for dual-wielding. (A hammer in his right, a scythe in his left) It also as the ability to sprout a Sword Blade from the base of the hammerhead, which acts as a 2-handed sword. The hammer additionally has the ability to shift its weight depending on how it’s used. These abilities are the signs of a weapon which can never be destroyed.

The name scythe’s name is “The Shepard’s Hook”

When dual wielding with Hammer and Scythe, the Hammer is for close-up power attacks, while the scythe operates by pulling the enemy in like a hook, using the staff part of the weapon to extend its reach. The Scythe has an edge on the outer side, further enabling attack options from a distance. Again the weapon, and the staff, is thin enough to be handled with one hand.

The Greatsword is handled like any Greatsword. Despite the fact that it appears to be a Sword Blade appended to a hammer, the weapon is actually finely balanced. This is because the Hammer part of the weapon shifts its weight to accommodate the change in attack style.

Trollskap:

Jure’s Trollskap is first-generation.

Imagine the universe around us as to being a game. We all know that both the universe and the games we play both have laws. Simply put, there are things you can do and things that are can’t do, and no matter what you attempt, you cannot defy this. But games, however, have glitches that when provoked, cause something to happen that could never be explained by the laws of the game. If you force a game to do something it’s not meant to, you’ll get an impossible result. Even nature can behave in this way if you know how to force it. If these natural “glitches” defy the physics known to mankind, let me ask you: can it not be explained? When a glitch happens in a program, the program itself may not be able to explain it, but the internal coding that creates the program however can. If you know how the coding of the universe works, then it can be taken advantage of.

“When you sense things around you, how do you prove that they exist? Sight, sound, touch, smell, taste? Don’t you realize that to do that, you have to prove that your senses themselves are real? How do you know it’s not a lie?” “The same thing goes for Death. Not as a living being, of course, but as a Hybolian. My powers may be unique to myself, but they still were developed under the teachings of my father, and under a deep understanding of the universe we live in.”

Boost Jump

Solidus Alpha

Jure condenses Boost Jump into a force of pure, silvery blue lighting. Jure can give Solidus Alpha material properties to act as things such as a rope. This is only possible due to an enhanced understanding of what Alpha is.

Alpha Pulse

With his hammer empowered by boost jump, Jure releases a powerful shockwave that sweeps through whatever it hits. A reference to maelstrom pulse:

Reduced Recoil

When Using Alpha, form of Aid, Jure can escape the form with only minor cuts on his body. Jure admits that he hasn’t been able to prevent it completely, which limits his ability to heal with it. Despite the fact that Jure and Ckronos have had the same time to learn, only Ckronos can do this. Jure learned the entirety of his current skills from Ckronos after he betrayed Auxe.

Mendacium (Latin for falsehood) Proprioception

“Why should I be afraid of that which isn’t truly real?”

Jure can cause anything that comes into contact with his body, to reappear at another point as though he as were one large portal. Imagine shooting Jure in the chest, but the bullet leaves through his knee back at you, and Jure himself is unharmed. There are very fine limitations to Mendacium, but since it’s like the incoming object never comes into contact with his body, sheer force alone will never be effective against the technique. The technique is voluntary, meaning he must brace for anything incoming for the technique to work, similar to Duke, and in addition chooses where it will leave at the exact same time he does this. It means that Jure can’t defend against attacks that he didn’t see coming, or counter attack things in the same way. It also is limited to the size of his own body. The portal effect is also instantaneous; he can’t store anything in this manner.

Repulse

By choosing the exit point to be the exact same place as the entrance point, anything entering his body is prevented from doing so. This is because since it’s entering and exiting in the same place, the object trying to force its way through his body would have to have more force than itself. Since that’s impossible, it creates a pseudo-indestructibility effect. While Jure can’t redirect anything larger than his body, it can still render attacks too large to reflect useless, by deflecting any “Part” that comes near him. As a result, Jure is effectively indomitable to anything within his awareness.

Unite

Jure can additionally enhance Mendacium by causing multiple entry points to leave at one exit point, potentially fusing the result into one unit. Jure can also use Boost Jump or another power to force any exiting attack to be more powerful than when it went in.

(Unite and Repulse simultaneously has dangerous potential.)

“Demon” Wings

These wings Jure can summon are the remnants of his former position as the hunter of souls. All that remains of them are the wing’s skeleton, with no membrane, flesh, or skin. They can’t do anything. However, Mendacium extends to them. Repulse allows them to retain defensive properties.

Imanacitus (Deconsolidate)

World of Willpower(Realm of Will)

The Realm of Will is a literal extension of one’s willpower, consciousness, and energy. It manifests into the physical universe as a way to forcibly govern the power of Nature and the World itself—to turn it into a reflection of one’s personality. While active, it seizes all of the world’s natural resources and governs their use, resulting in all of the user’s enemies becoming completely isolated and on their own. There’s no way to escape either.

Fighting in a Realm of Will is much more difficult than it might first appear. We draw our very life support from the world around us; Air, warmth, more depending on who you are, all of these we take for granted but absolutely need. Without these things, a human is far too helpless to survive the conditions the user enforces.
